I have not lived here long...a week. I was nervous right before I moved in because of all the things said on here but I have had no problems. Everyone has been very nice. the people in the office have helped with anything I needed. Its is very close to everything in town. It not very loud...and I'm from a small mountain resort town in North Carolina so I know whats quite and whats not. The pool is well kept along with the grounds around the complex. I really like it here I have a feeling the people who don't like it here either want to have the quite that a log cabin out in the middle of the woods might provide or are the people who get kicked out for throwing parties 'till 4am (by the way I'm 23 years old and just graduated college so Im not some old guy that want it quite all the time) I would tell people about living here!
