I loved living at Legacy Mill.
The staff was always friendly and courteous, and they were very good about notifying tenants about maintenance or leasing situations.
The grounds are very well maintained, especially considering many tenants did not pick up after their dogs.
I found people living there to be friendly, and there seemed to be more young professionals and families than college students.
At times, I would hear my neighbors moving about their apartments or dogs barking and there was an occassional loud car driving through the parking lot during the middle of the night, but the grounds were fairly quiet.
One word of caution is that the buildings towards the back of the grounds are located close to Loop 10, so during quiet hours, you can hear sounds from the highway.
But otherwise, Legacy Mill is great!
