I love living here!! It is going to break my heart to leave next spring! After living in apartments in Seattle and Norfolk, va, this place is heaven. Of course you are going to get bad neighbors (it is a college town), though I must be blind, deaf, and dumb because I never see any parties. The staff have been nothing but helpful and courteous, but then again I do not call for stuff I can handle myself. We have had an ant problem, but c'mon, it is Georgia...I lived in the area as a little girl and that is a problem that is pretty much everywhere! The lease and monthly notices clearly define the rules and expectations. Though people don't always follow the rules, hence the dog poop that spots the grass. The price is fair, grounds well kept, it is gated but the lease even says that the gate can not ensure your safety. Unfortunately, the leasing office can't look at a person and see if they are gonna party all night, be loud, etc..a person can put on a pretty good act when they need a place to live. My advice to those who are unhappy here: don't blame the office for your bad neighbors, try to work it out with them or call the cops on them...be an adult. If you want respect from the office, you must first give respect to them. they are, after all, human beings who have to deal with hundreds of tenants who may or may not be happy with their place. Just think about how irritable we get when our kids won't stop whining to us about everything! ;) I do understand, though, that everyone has different experiences and not everyone can be happy here. But after living in some TRUE hell holes that included drive-bys and seriously bad management, this place is amazing. Very lovely! Thanks Legacy Mill!!!
