Old review: I absolutely love Legacy Mill! I went back and forth about finding a job in the Athens area, and the staff was sooo helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was able to move in the unit I wanted once I landed a job.
They helped make my move as smooth as possible, and I really cannot thank them enough! As far as noise is concerned, there is no way to have a 100% quiet place in an APARTMENT COMPLEX.
Of course I hear my upstairs neighbor, but that's to be expected when you live in such close quarters.
If you don't mind apartment living, then you'll love Legacy Mill.
If you hate noise, and want 100% peace and quiet - rent a house.
Even then, you probably won't find it.
UPDATE: scratch that review, this was when old management was here.
This place has gone way downhill since.
