It's a relatively nice place to live: good floor plans, discounts on rent (preferred employee rates), family-oriented, pet-friendly, quick responses to maintenance requests. The pool is big and the tennis court is great. They also have month-to-month leasing for 12-month tenants, as well as 3- and 6-month leasing options.
There are issues, though, just like anywhere else. We had noisy neighbors above us (constant partying and a loud baby), and when we called for the security officer, he never came.
