The apartments are alright but the management sucks. They are inconsiderate and will do anything to get your money. They raised rent prices even for their previous tenants and charge you rediculous late fees. Nor do they have a grace period. They use your money for rediculous projects and they never mind inconveniencing their tenants. I would never live here again and wish I had taken the advice I had to not live here. To get more of an idea about how crappy the management is, read the reviews for riverbend club b/c they have the same management!

We regret that the above resident is unhappy with our rent policy. However, all our policies are clearly stated in the lease agreement. We pride ourselves in consistently making improvements to our community that benefit our residents.
