1) The deposit is non-refundable.
2) The last month is from July 15-August 5. It's only 20 days but you need to pay for a full month rent.
Add them together ($25 0 $112)/12. That's more than $30 extra each month.
So when you compare Player's club to other competitors, you should add $30 to the rent of Player's Club.
Based on the current rent of $335 for a room in a 3-br condo, you are paying $365 per month.
Plus, there is no courtesy officer. They will tell you that you can call a number if you have a noise problem. If you do call, the person will tell you, "ok, we will let the office know tomorrow." Actually, they never.
