Little on the old side, but very kept up considering. Rent is dirt cheap, amineties are wonderful and staff is very friendly. Pests somewhat of a problem, but thats everywhere. A little noisy during football season, but who cares' Fairly quick responses to maintance calls. Would live here again. 4 bedroom 4 bath
