Ok for you party people!

I lived here for 2 years. For the most part I had a great time living here. The neighbors are friendly, yet sometimes too loud. The actual apartment was not in the best condition. Our washer overflowed the first day we moved in. The overall cleanliness of the carpet was poor. The toilets didn't always work. The dryer had problems that took more than a month to get fixed. Overall I would say if you are looking to have a good time then live here but if you are looking for a quiet, clean place to live pick somewhere else!
