A ripoff - use caution!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
They require $1,000 "reservation fee" per apartment before you move in. Not refundable. Then, when you are ready to move out, they want you to "paint, shampoo the carpets", etc., so they don't have to clean. On top of that, they make you move out a week before your year is up, and they charge you for that week!!
