Dont ever live here because of bs moveout charges

The place is okay, maintence is okay, but watch out, there is no security deposit only a retainer fee. This means anything that is wrong with the apt. when you leave they will price gouge you for it. Our carpet got replaced after we moved out, in the living room only. What should have cost around 250 cost us 500. No of which the bs retaining fee covered. Apparently that only covered paint, steam cleaning and the rest of the 275 went to admin. cost. Give me a break Polo Club you stink
