I lived here for 2 years in 2 different types of apartments and thought it was great. For being one of the cheapest properties of its type, it's really a great deal. The only issue I recall having was a little bit of a draft in my second apartment and some problems with the doors on both. But in both instances, a maintenance request was quickly answered and the problem taken care of. Parking was a problem at times.

Sure, it can be loud, but what do you expect during football season in a college town' I met a lot of my neighbors, had some impromptu complex-wide parties, loved having the YWCA fields and trails close by, being able to walk to Kroger or Mexicali, and only having to deal with minimal traffic going to campus.
