we have lived at polo club for the past two years and our whole apartment is staying for another year! my roommates just read the comments put up and we all really disagree.
we love living here! for what we pay in rent, $275, it isnt that bad. our rooms are a little small, but we only sleep there. we all have our own bathrooms and a washer and dryer.
the managers are great! they're so helpful. everytime we need something they are very eager to help and since were all responsible enough to pay rent on time, none of us have ever had to worry about the late fees. we LOVE the maint. guys.
maintenance has been a little slower than last year but that hasnt been to much of a bother.
