I have lived in 4 different complexes in Athens, and Polo Club was the worst by far. My unit was old and dirty...the carpet had a million stains on it and the drawers in the kitchen broke off (we had to hot-glue it back together). My bedroom was tiny. I had to give furniture away to in order to move into it. I couldn't use my closet because they never fixed the sliding door. Not only are there loud parties during weeknights, but there are immature jackasses who like to do the frat-boy yell at 3 in the morning (Woooo!) for no reason, and also set off fireworks in the tennis courts (also at 3 am on a school night). Bugs a big problem, espcially in the kitchen and on porches. Parking is absolutely ridiculous. I could NEVER get a space even remotely close to my apartment. The low rent is not worth it. Plus they don't refund your deposit. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
