Lots of bugs!!! scorpions, spiders, roaches, and more spiders and roaches!! Oh yeah... not to mention the peeping toms!!!! The dryer burns our clothes, our carpet is thread-bare! The appliances are 50 years old (our dishwasher caught on fire when we moved in. There are cobwebs all over the place. They do not clean them before you move in (my neighbor found pubes all in his carpet). They will not replace your window screen if yours has been previously knocked out. You come home to find announcements "We've been in your home!" What!'!' but thats only if they are nice that day..but usually you dont find out till the maintenance people show up claiming they've got stuff to fix but never what you've asked for.Squirrels have chewed through our neighbors roof... then above our ceiling.. they love to scamper around when it rains!!! On good note.... the living room is spacious and they dont care what you do. The rent is cheap too... but I guess you get what you pay for! (but check out the fabulous new mailboxes and elongated speed bump!! ha... the money could have been better spent elsewhere).. like for pest control!
