You can't beat a 4 bd 4 bath for 275/mo. Walls and floors are thin and it's kind of noisy. ALso, the insulation is rather poor especially around the doors and windows so rain comes in through them, as well as any smoke from cigarettes outside. There are a few insects, but if you are clean then they will be a rare occurrence. We stayed there for 2 years because we didn't think the price was so bad. The townhomes have trouble heating and cooling evenly. Fast maintenance responses and management is really nice. Some retarded kids love throwing baseballs in the parking lot, though.
