The apartment was in good condition when I moved in and everything was as expected except that I had a dead bolt for a door knob. The maintenance guy came the very next morning and changed it for me and was very nice. I have had very few problems with appliances or noise. The office staff are very friendly. I have no complaints and advise those seeking apartments to consider it!
