Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Plus: Inexpensive rent.

Cons: Poor Management (need to get it together and communicate)
Horrible Maintenace. They never came in a timely manner and were not thorough.
ex. we had a water leak. They came and said nothing was leaking. 2 weeks later we get a $150.00 water bill and there really was a leak but we had to pay the bill anyways.
There is never any parking.
