Don't be lazy and just sign a lease because they have sent you lots of flyers and the model apartment doesn't look terrible. It's not worth it. Look for a better apartment.

There is nothing terribly terribly wrong with polo club, it's just a bunch of little things that add up. You really do get exactly what you pay for. For instance, every single toilet (all four) in my apartment would clog at least a couple times a month.

You can never ever park by your apartment past 8pm. If you do live here, get an apartment in the very back on the left. You will always be able to park there.

The apartments are just gross. Your carpet will have stains, the wallpaper in the kitchen will be peeling a little bit, you do not have a garbage disposal which is not okay even if you think it will be, everything is just a ------ quality. Your sliding doors on your closet probably won't slide very well.

When I moved in two of my light switches were hanging out of the wall and my cable wire was too. Even though they require to repaint the walls if you paint it a color the people moving out will do a terrible, messy job and you will more than likely have paint on your carpet.

Also, apparently they are raising the rent from $275 to $295. Not worth it at all.

If you can afford to go else where do it.
