Obviously the office staff and manager have been writing the reviews for this place. The pool will be nice but no one who lives here knows that because the pool has been closed all summer with no access for residents who pay full rent. The only way you can see the pool is if you are in the workout room at the clubhouse. But you probably aren't paying attention to the pool because of the injury you got from all the broken workout equipment. Careful on the 1st elliptical- the leg comes off sometimes. That is of course of you make it past the new office manager who always gives you attitude no matter what you do. I paid my rent the day before it was due last week and she gave me attitude saying I was cutting it close. The rent is cheap and you should know that you won't be pro-rated the days that you lose when you have to move in during the second week in August. Also, be prepared for the office staff to come in your apartment whenever they want. Last week they raided the apartment because they wanted to look at the carpet which was fine- except for the big black stain which was there when we moved in. You get what you pay for- the place is cheap. I am moving because I want nicer surroundings, but if you are a poor student it is a good place to save money. Just wanted there to be a fair review on here besides the obviously fake ones.

I've never had a problem with the work out equipment before. I was just in there yesterday and the elliptical was as sturdy as ever. But if something wasn't working right I wouldn't hesitate to let the office know. They always say hi to me when I walk in to use the work out room and ask me how everything is going. I'm sure if something was broken they would want to get it fixed.
