Polo Club is getting better, all the time. With new ads in nearly every news paper from here to Gainesville, and a campaign by Club properties on 95.5 the Beat, it would be hard for any Club property to remain in the same shape it is now--but it seems that Polo Club is one of the only places to realize that they must meet the demands of their new clientel. With a newly constructed pool, reorganized staff structure, and an intensified focus on maintenance and security, Polo Club is becoming the place to be in the coming years.

As for this year' There were problems, but these problems are the same that any apartment, regardless of rent, location, or staff, will face. We saw bugs--we lived next to the woods, and Polo Club sprayed whenever we asked. We were hot, or cold--we were frugal, but when our AC really didn't work, Polo Club fixed it. Our fridge leaked--we never figured this one out, but Polo Club was very helpful, and sent people out to work on it whenever we asked, without charging us a dime. Not to mention, the staff knew each and every one of us by name, and was very polite when we came to the office.

All in all, we had an above average experience in Polo Club. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
