I first came over there and they were completing the Las Vegas style pool which was GREAT! Thats how they will try to lure you in. Then they showed me an awesome apartment model that was CLEAN in every way. The place looks great on the outside, but dont be fooled. When it was time for me to move in, there were nasty stains in my living room, black stains in my living room walls and stairways, bugs everywhere, stains in my stairway carpet, scratches in the entry way, many NAILS in the carpet!, and worst of all, the cooler can not penetrate enough into the top floor of the apartment. So why dont you try enduring the scorching heat of the summer when your AC works but it cant reach your room and cool it down efficiently.

Another poster here said, you get what you pay for. It is true. Thats why they've done such a crap job for proper maintenance. But I know a lot of places in the Athens area that ask for this rate and can do a much better job in maintaining your apartment. I have just moved in, and am waiting for any of the above to be fixed. I will be surprised if they can even fix 1/4 of those problems above in a reasonably timely manner. And if they do get me taken care of, I will gladly write a positive review. But given the 295 a month rent just isnt enough for them to cover these repairs. They spend more money tuning up their lounge, pool and workout room than on the actual apartment units themselves.

Also, I am updating this posting. They said I could not move in until Aug 8th because from Aug 1st - 7th, they are doing maintenance work on the apartments. Well, I called today to tell them that no maintenance work was done in my living room. The lady then says well we dont do any maintenance work in your commons area if there is already someone living there! So that means they just wasted my time in the first week of August. Then she said they can not shampoo the carpet or paint the dirty walls because there was someone already living in the apartment. Please do not waste your time with these people. Its a scam.
