Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
Pros: Location is great. Grocery store, video store, and pizza place right across the street. On county and UGA busline. Safe & quiet community. Parking is decent, but a car is not even necessary. Lots of space; one bedroom with den is like a second bedroom. Free satelite television, and water. Wireless internet is 19.99/mo if you sign up through the wireless connection in your apartment (if you sign up over the phone they charge more). Washer/Dryer in the unit.
Cons: Many kids and families. Smell of forgein cuisine very strong at times (mostly indian and asian).
