	Athens is full of racist people. These are no exception. I thought the last landlord was horrible. This one is a step above. The managers I mean. Racist white people. International students shouldn't come to Athens.

	Pros: Location is great. Grocery store, video store, and pizza place right across the street. On county and UGA busline. Safe & quiet community. Parking is decent, but a car is not even necessary. Lots of space; one bedroom with ... more

	Nice location. But it's so broken. Managers are very lazy. They never listen to residents' wishes. Very poor maintainance.
