Small but nice, gated, upper-end student apts

The Reserve (formerly the Abbey)is probably the nicest apartment complex in Athens for under $500 rent/mo. The up sides are that it is clean, their are a lot of perks (free car wash, pool, gym, free food on game days, etc), it is gated, and it is in a great location. The down sides are that it is very noisy, the 2BR apartments are small, cars get minor vandilization during parties and/or pick-up football games, and some tenants leave trash in the halls (which will stay there for months or more.)
