This place is teeming with loud, obnoxious 19-year-olds. I hesitate to call them "students," because they seem to just be partying, nonstop (e.g. every night of the week). The staff is clueless, and does nothing to help, either with noise or maintenance problems.

The rooms are cramped, and the walls are paper-thin. There is no way to avoid hearing your upstairs, downstairs, and next-door neighbors even QUIETLY TALKING to one another!

Finally, beware that this complex claims to have a "roommate matching" service, but be advised that the staff will throw in anyone they can (they don't really read those "profiles") as long as they're willing to pay the rent. It doesn't matter if the person is 18 and you're 25, and you have totally different interests. This only gets worse considering the tiny size of these apartments.

Trust me, you do NOT want to live here. There are much better (and cheaper) places in Athens. Don't let the Reserve staff talk you into it b/c it is gated and has a pool; they all do.
