The Reserve is a TERRIBLE place to live. Their "individual leases" will only screw you over. There is a cute little clause in the lease that allows them to put ANyONE in your apartment (aka: roommate matching) not to mention the fact that they will FORCE you to move all over the property (yes, literally move from one apartment to another....all part of their "consolidation" plans).
On another note, the property is not half as safe as it should be. Drug deals, out of hand fights, etc occur all the time.
The management is terrible. They are ruthless and money-grubbing. The walls are super-thin, you can hear your neighbors phone conversations. The apartments are not cleaned when you move in and rent is outrageous.
You would be crazy to live here.
