When I lived here I was in the "Quiet" Building which was anything but quiet. The walls are paper thin and compounded by having immature teenagers who have just discovered alcohol and living away from mommy and daddy next to you. We had continual noise problems that management just did not address. These kids needed a firm hand to make them realize what was appropriate and what was not - but management was not prepared to do that, so other residents suffered. There were also a lot of parties and trash left in the breezeways and all over the parking lot.
This complex had a lot of potential to be a classy place to live, but because of poor construction, and management whoose only concern was filling apts, it became a trashy hole for drunken students with too much of mom and dads money to spend on partying.
