The Reserve was pretty ideal for us. There was a good mix of students and a whole lot of activity and fun as well as not being too out of hand. Yeah, there are some parties but not massive keggers like at other places like Pineview and University Commons. The pool is the best part. During the spring and summer there are all sorts of beautiful people haging around.

The location is the best and the safety is pretty much first rate. The only problem is that they will fine you if you leave trash around in the walkways or throw out your cigarette butt and there were too steep given the offense.
