I have lived at The Reserve for two years now and love it. I've had really good luck with the roommate matching service. In fact, the only people I know who have had any problem with it are the people who try to get away with having only three people in a four bedroom apartment all year. They get mad when they are matched up with a fourth person.
The office staff is great and I've become friends with several of them. They are always sponsoring some type of event like trivia night and the annual hardbody contest and volleyball tournament. There is tons to do here and lots of opportunities to meet your neighbors. I didn't know many people in the Athens area when I moved in but have met a lot of people here at The Reserve.
I highly recommend The Reserve to anyone looking for a quality apartment in Athens.
