Reserve at Athens

If you want move in day to consist of getting on your hands and knees to scrub every inch of your laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom floors, MOVE HERE! If you want your feet to be black with filth for the first week that you walk around your apartment, then MOVE HERE! If you are the kind of person who likes, mold, mildew, and hair to greet you in your bathroom, MOVE HERE! I was also greeted with BBs covering every inch of the apartment, broken glass all over my porch, a drawer missing from my desk, and a refrigerator that looked as if food had been growing in it for at least a year. It was the worst experience! Also, they like to tell people it's a gated community, but the gates are rarely closed! And when they do close, watch out b/c they will be wide open and then the lever will just fall right on your car as you drive through and The Reserve will do nothing about it. This has happened to me twice and my roommate once. This hasn't happened because I was trying to follow someone in the gate, this happened because the gates were just left open, as they frequently are, and they decided to close them without making sure cars weren't going through them first. I went in to the office both times this happened to me and they appologized but refused to help me in repairing my car, even though they admitted the blame was on them. My advice to people looking for a nice place to live, KEEP LOOKING! There are much nicer places in Athens. I promise!!!
