Hi,
I lived for one year in the Reserve at Athens and I always liked it. It has a really nice lake in the middle and very nice buildings. I never had problems with the management. A lot of students are living there so sometimes there is trash on the parking place but it is always gone within hours. The whole place is very nice and well maintained. The pool area has tennis/basketball,volleyball courts, game room, computer room, barbeque area. It is not far away from the university and the bus line is just in front of the gate. I always used the bus.
I liked it and would recommend it.
