OKay, so I was really excited to move into the Reserve. The outside of the buildings look really nice, however, it is the inside of them that make me feel differently. When i first moved this year, my apartment was filthy. It was not clean like they promised it to be. Lets talk about my bathroom: My bathroom floor has bright pink stains all over the floor. Dont get me wrong, i love the color pink, however the stains are permanent and no one has come to replace my vinyl flooring.Also, my shower has pink fungus-like-growth growing in it. I've tried cleaning the pink goo from my shower but it continues to haunt me. I know this sounds like a scary movie---but its no joke. I wouldnt recommend moving into the reserve (unless you like pink stains and goo).
