Overall, the reserve is a cool place to live for a good student friendly type community. The grounds and pool are kept up well, but the inside of our apartment leaves something to be desired. When I arrived,my apartment was still fairly dirty; we walked around for a good month where you'd still have dirt on your feet. The air didn't work properly. Calling in work orders tends to be a joke, we've had to call more than once every single time, but all of our problems have eventually been rectified. Noise can also tend to be a problem, we picked the top floor so we wouldn't have to deal with it, but you can hear you neighbors pretty easily (even if they're under you). The complex has some good community events, reasonably friendly staff and although the rent is on the high end of the spectrum for Athens, the apartment complex overall is pretty nice and you almost get what you pay for.
