I moved to a 4-bedroom apartment in The Reserve in August with a friend and was matched with another roommate from Hell, who continuously made my other roommate and myself miserable in various ways throughout the semester. She was a slob, a thief, and moved her brother and boyfriend into our apartment without our consent. She left the door unlocked at night and the oven on for hours with nothing in it and I just came home to find the apartment cloudy with smoke. They called us names, ate our food, ran up bills, and overall had no respect for us whatsoever.

We constantly complained to the staff at least on a weekly basis. They sent her a few letters, but none of which she read so of course they did no good to help us. There was every reason to evict her from the start of all this in August as she also had a pit bull in the apartment which urinated on the carpet. My other roommate and I were just moved to a 2-bedroom and they finally got rid of our white-trash roommate.

Overall, I believe that they wanted to help us, but we went through HELL until they finally moved us 5 months after it all began. If you already have enough roommates to fill your apartment, then you should be fine as I have no other conplaints. If you do not have roommates, beware of the matching service. You fill out those profiles , but I really do not think that they read those at all. Good Luck!
