ok, so I currently live at the reserve. I am looking to move out and saw that the reserve had a somewhat good rating.. well what is wrong with everyone else!

first off all, I hope you like roaches, because they will become your best friend. I can promise you that.. on the walls, under furniture. a spider decided to lay her eggs on my roommates wall.. the reserve will not spray your room, only the outside. doesnt do any good.

secondly, the guys next door threw up everywhere on our landing.. we had to call three time for someone to come out and clean it up.. its still on the stairs.. watch where you step, its starting to grow things.

I hope you like to hear the elephants that live above you, or besides you. because people love to party here everyday of the week. all night no matter what time. If you like that kinda thing then come on over! but if you are normal and actually attend class then beware!

the management sucks. when you come to sign your lease. dont listen to them! the rate they are telling you is a lie! you can get it cheaper. if its 355, ask around, you could get it for a LOT cheaper if you want to argue with them.

one good thing is you can paint your walls.. but who cares when the carpet turns your feet black!!
