The Reserve is very pretty and emaculant on the outside, but the inside is a different story...The carpet turns your feet black, the bathrooms are disgusting to say the least, the kitchen is gross, and there are roaches (...and we do clean up after ourselves...the roaches were appearing before we would have had a chance to mess the place up)!!! I guess the old saying that you cannot judge a book by its cover proves true in this case as well...You would think that for the arm and leg they charge to live here that they could at least clean the carpet before they let people move in...I mean, really...

On a more positive note...the maintenance crew is great...very prompt and fixes problems the first time you call...

Overall, not at all worth the money they charge...I am moving out this year as one year is enough to last me the reast of my life!
