I was looking through these to find a new apartment and i decided to post this about the reserve. I like living here, most of all because of the location and the atmosphere. The office staff is really nice even though they mess up your rent account every now and again, but they take care of it eventually. Maintenence is top notch, they get everything done the same day you call. The pool is by far the best part but it is always PACKED anytime. Same story with the tennis courts. I guess that's the price you pay for having nice things at your complex, everybody wants to use them, whether they live here or not. I read the other reviews about the apartments being dirty and I agree that they aren't ever as clean as you would like but, I've lived at River Club and Aspen and this is by far the cleanest one yet. I guess i just don't have ridiculous expectations. After all, I remember how i left my last apartment when i moved out. All in all, it's been a good year. The only reason i am not renewing my lease is because they sold my apartment to somebody else.
