I would not recommend living here, at all. I have numerous roaches in my bedroom. I do not care if Ilive on the first floor; there should not be roaches in my room. Also, the rooms are way too small, and all of the walls and cellings are in no way sound-proof. They do not even come close. Also, the front gate is a total pain. However, the complex does have nice ammenities, but I would not recommend living here to anyone.
