Sadly, the negative posters have some sort of issue with living in apartments in general. The issues they address are germane to most any place of living.

What I found living here at the Reserve is a comfortable living environment with wonderful amenities and a competent staff. My toilet overflowed for 4 hours straight and flooded my apartment, the staff was extremely helpful in resolving this matter on a football weekend. The staff has been more than friendly in helping me with maintenance issues that I brought to their attention, maybe the rest of the complainers should try this method instead of brooding in silence.

Upon moving in, my apartment was clean and exactly as expected, even though I never saw a 2 bedroom model. The tour given before I moved was helpful and descriptive as to what I could expect in my apartment. The furniture is the same in the model as can be expected in apartments.
