This is a student community. Loud and roudy. It is also little pricey for what you get. Overall, not a bad place to live, but the walls are pretty thin. Don't hold your breath waiting for the management to help you out, if you have a problem. Don't plan on getting your deposit back either. Our apartment was perfect when we left and they still got most of it.
