I lived here when the apartments were brand new. My opinion is the apartments look nice at first, but you quickly realize there is something wrong. The walls are paper thin- I could hear my neighbor gag in the morning while brushing her teeth, I could hear my other neighbor's alarm clock (and nightly sex) as if I were in the room. Parking was bad at night or on game weekends. I don't know what these apartments lease for now, but unless it is very cheap, look elsewhere.
