The atmosphere may be attractive, but let's talk about the actual apartment. At first glance you will notice a few things wrong. The construction is poor: cabinet doors are crooked, bedroom doors fail to cover entire doorways, locks improperly installed, poor paint jobs, etc. Overall it's glaringly obvious that it was a rush job with no concern for quality. The second thing you will notice is new color your feet will take on--namely, black. The carpets are so disgustingly filthy that they will turn your feet black in a matter of minutes. It is abound with stains and white paint. And if you decide to get a furnished apartment, you will notice the poor quality of the furniture. The bedroom chairs are especially uncomfortable; so if you're a student and spend a lot of time at a desk, I suggest you bring your own chair. Also, the desks are horrendously small. A 17" monitor will barely fit. Plan to use an LCD monitor or a laptop.
Furthermore, I would try to find a better place to live.

Usually after the carpets have been cleaned by a cleaning company, the carpet will turn your feet black for the first few weeks. It is not that they are dirty, it is the product they use.
