Good for college living....

I lived here for 1 academic year and 1 semester. One thing that I liked and appreciated is that they worked with me to let me have a lease that was up when I graduated. Granted it was a little higher because of it, but that really didn't matter to me all that much as long as it meant I was able to leave Athens and go about find a job in the "real world."
Overall, the apartments are nice for college living. We lived on the 3rd floor in a 4 bedroom furnished apartment. The furniture isn't THE best (just look at the couch and chair), but what can you expect when management knows it's going to be ruined anyway, right'
The main complaint I ever had with the Reserve was the parking and the noise from the people who lived below us. I lived in the 7 building and parking was ATROCIOUS!!! The ENTIRE time I lived there, there was a huge pod storage unit blocking at least 6 much needed parking spaces. There were several times I was late to work or class just trying to manuever my car out of where I was forced to park. As for the noise, the people below us were a bunch of idiots (quite frankly) that shot fireworks off of their balcony!!! We called not only the courtesy officer but the actual police several times on them. It was ridiculous. They also had a yappy little dog that was barking at all hours, but we got a notice because of our fairly quiet cat...go figure. Sure pets aren't supposed to be allowed but it was annoying to have it enforced on one tenant vs. another.
Overall, it was ok for the time that I lived there b/c it was affordable.
