River Mill is actually the place to be! I have lived here for three years and really enjoy all the maintenance and office staff. The maintenance guys will do more for anyone than any other place you will find (one guy actually put antifreeze in my car, so I didn't have to do it). The office staff is on site! NO calling up Parker and Assoc. and hoping they get your msg...it's awesome. Prices are much more affordable over the last two years, with all that's included. AND...the only reason I have time to write this review is because I am not having to fight for parking on campus, and catch a 20 min bus ride to class. I just walk through a parking lot!!
