The apartments are OLD, and somewhat falling apart, but the location is GREAT, and I got a riverview apartment. The riverview apartments are worth the extra $10/month for a balcony that looks over the Oconee River. The staff is cool and pretty responsive when something goes wrong (I had the ceiling fall into my bathtub). They fixed it and replastered it 2 or 3 days later. The parking situation sucks for non-residents when they try to park in the complex, since they only have 30 non-resident spots. The best thing to do is park in the UGA lot at the top of the complex on the weekends. They get a B- in my book.
