River Mill is old, dingy, and falling apart. When I moved in, nothing was done to my apartment and I had to clean it myself. Carpets were stained, walls weren't painted, fridge was moldy, bathroom was moldy. Things only got worse when the school year began. I could never sleep because there were parties every night, which meant broken beer bottles were always found on the sidewalks the next morning. Maintenance crew never came to do repairs in a timely manner, and there were a couple instances that took them 3-4 tries to finish the job. Once the weather warmed up bugs were a real bad issue. Since the apartments are so old and located right by the water, regardless of the pest control, I killed at least one roach a day. Granted the location is nice, but it is not worth the headache or the money. River Mill is a rip off and I would not recommend it to anyone!
