We are huge football fans so the location is amazing for us. 10 minutes at most from downtown, north campus or the football stadium. Granted, the place is old and shows, but its never been a problem for us. We aren't the cleanest people in the world but have never had a pest problem. Most of all, maintenance has always responded within a few days and are all cool with whatever you might have in your apartment. Large layout, great view of the river from our balcony, could ask for better
