Terrible

I like the location, but that is the only good thing. Here are some things you might want to look out for: Maintenace. When we moved in there were holes in cabinets, wires all over the place, door handles on backwards, upside down sockets, mold, mildew, broken light fixtures, holes in the walls, wet patches of ceiling (leaks), and the bathroom floor was cracked. The ONLY thing that got fixed, to date, was the bathroom floor. Also, the power bill is outrageously expensive because there is a one inch gap at the top of the front door which allows massive amounts of air in, complicating the thermostat. Also, they did away with the old, good security and now there is pretty much no security at all, which also leads to the problem of parking. If someone is in your space and you are in a hurry or something, you are out of luck, especially on the weekends because there is no one to contact to have the illegally parked vehicle towed. Noise in terrible also because the walls are so thin. The pipes leak water all the time and the appliances are gross, we actually had to have our refrigerator fixed because it stopped working and it took the staff 4 days to fix it, thus the food spoiled. There are several more things that could be discussed, but the bottom line is: look elsewhere when exploring living options.
