This apartment complex is one of the worst I have ever lived in. I moved in to be close to campus and downtown... but all appliances are dated and break on a monthly basis. For months our engery was as high as $380 a month even with keeping the air conditioner on 80 degrees. All the management would say was "Oh, sorry the apartment is old." Turns out after 3 months our fridge shorted out , and it had been the caused of our ridiculous bills. Even after we fixed that and we ran our air conditioner it wasn't strong enough to get air to the back 2 bed rooms so we had to just never close our doors in hopes of getting some air from the living room. There is only one cable/ internet outlet in the apt so you have to have cables running all around your house. The "security guards" are sometimes helpful but many times annoying and creepy with how they talk to you. stains on teh walls abd leaking faucets are a constant and the handymen never seem to get teh note to come by or it will just take them 2 weeks.
It's over priced and falling apart... don't live here.
